Fascinated by the allure of the greatest fashion designers, Simone pursues his lifelong dream of fashion design after graduating from Fashion Institute of Brescia, in the heart of the Franciacorta county, with its rich history of champagne wines and luxury fabric expertise. After his graduation, he moves to the United Kingdom for a Master's degree from Kingston University in London. His career starts in 2001 in the styler department of Alviero Martini, working for the eponymous designer and creating his first Prima Classe collection in Milan. Later on he moves to Rome for an experience at a house of High Fashion where he explores the secrets of the art of tailoring and deepens its knowledge of fine textures, couture materials, luxury details and refinement. In 2005, Simonemarulli is born. The designer gives his own name to a collection of women's ready-to-wear and couture gowns.
The same year, during Milan Women's Fashion Week, he presents his first ever fashion show, called 'Amarcord' as an homage to director Federico Fellini's heritage and creativity ever-so-present throughout the whole collection.
His creations captivate the always demanding Parisian crowds, and this success represents another starting point for the designer. In 2013, after Paris, his collection is further enriched by a brand new Bridal collection.
